nocopy designers - our wild spirits
a true NOCOPY designer is a wild spirit.
it's someone with ideas, visions & daredevil. it's someone who has heart.
who has passion.
KAROLINA PERSSON - CHAOS IS KEY
a funky girl with super powers & great snowboarding knowledge.
there are really no limits for the ideas and styles popping out from this girls head and hands.
in her studio the ideas are pouring out & her designs are often very colorful & rich in contrasts.
her designs are the result of a total chaos & that's the way she likes it.
'in chaos you find creativity & inspiration.'
DANIEL ANDERSSON - SKY'S THE LIMIT
with the coolest back to the basics view his brand is to be seen.
graffiti & urban street art are the inspiration for daniel's designs which are pouring with stylish, simple colors.
this eighteen year old is truly brought up on skis - it's his passion, his dream. So is design - & that shows in his collection.
believe in yourself is his message to the world and that's what he tries to communicate in his designs.
JENNIE SVENSSON - DRAMA HAS GOT A NAME
MARKUS PETERSÉN - A MIRACLE IN SCHOOL
at the age of fifteen jibber guy marcus petersén has taken his cool feeling for beanie design to the next level.
the idea behind SOP+ actually came up during a boring class in school two years ago and one must say that sometimes boring actually can be a good thing.
skiing & design are a passion for marcus. that he could ski we knew before but with the SOP+ collection we now know that he truly knows how to design.
ROBERT JARLENÄS
a wild car devoted to freeride skis. with visions & ideas destined to surprise the world of skiers.
His own words; ’i've always thought a lot about stuff, no matter what it is and since skiing is very dependable on gear it has come pretty natural to think about how skis behave with certain materials and shapes. So i was superstoked when i got the opportunity to design my own lineup of skis, hopefully my theories will work as good in reality as in my head. also, a good ski should be able to ski all kinds of conditions and terrain.
and the skiing part then, well, skiing is fun. really fun, i even think that if you look up fun in a dictionary there will be a picture of skiing. i like to watch the mountain as a playground, more or less everything is playable, there's jumps, drops, slashes and bonks all over the place.
JOSEFINE BERGHS - Get busy Shred
"this is my freakin’ theme park... Its fast, explosive and about to make turns that'll throw you right onto my V.I.P section or leave you hangin'... "
this blond little chick has just got absolutely no limit of positive energy! she'd probably explode if she could’nt share it to all the people around her. a daredevil with carisma that swept us off our feet. her collection is slim, sleek and a haven 4 those who likes it fast and expressive!
"shreddin' is magic and puts you in a little fantasyworld where you basically loses a bit of your consciousness! I realized this wicked fact when I torn my ACL and got some bad compression damage to my right knee the past season in revelstoke, canada. i just sat in the snow and wondered whatta heck happened?! this cant be real? is this whats GameOver's like? no pain... no crying? No... no, NO! i guess i just knew from that moment, i was already on my way back!"
JOSEFIN HULTSBO - with passion for color.
Josefin Hultsbo explains her art & design as a big relationship. Relationships such as love, friends, yourself and time.
In every piece she made you can see the dynamics from that relationships take place - no matter genre or style.
Her Nocopy-collection is simple - yet colorful - and it reflects her new way of expressing her art. You can clearly see the similarity of Josefins oldest things she made as a child, and the new ink-sketches of her exhibition in the fall of 2010.
You can see more of work at her homepage. http://josefinhultsbo.se/
